Earliest in the calendar year I have ever done so since I have been going to Medellin annually in 2019. That means as a tourist I cannot return until after January 1, 2023. However, there are many other kinds of migratory visa options that I can take advantage of, return, and then stay as long as I want. Like most logistical problems in life, it can be solved with two things - time and money. I will eventually live there full-time and become a dual-citizen, with short visits to here in the USA. As my girfriend pointed out, all visa issues would be resolved with a marriage visa, and I completely trust her, but I still think I want to try a different visa, at least at first.
